COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– In today’s look at local living, Historic Columbia is offering guided holiday tours for the end of the year.
Now until Dec.30, anyone can see a variety of holiday decorations from the 19th century at the Robert Mills House and the Hampton-Preston Mansion.
Tickets are $18 for adults and $15 for kids.
A new light show is coming to Riverbanks Zoo. During ‘Wild Lights’ spectators can encounter nearly 60 larger-than-life handcrafted lanterns inspired by nature.
Along the way, They’ll experience interactive displays, fun new photo-ops, and nightly snowfall.
Plus kids can enjoy visits with Santa.
The event runs on select nights beginning tomorrow through Jan.14.
Tickets are available online.
The Richland County Recreation Commission will host its “Give Thanks” holiday food giveaway this Saturday.
Turkeys and other groceries will be given to the first 100 people while supplies last.
It starts at 10 in the morning at North Springs Park on Clemson Road.
